Trust pays Mantross.com a subscription fee to use the Website. Website fees include renewal of domain name, hosting, website maintenance fee, and other hidden charges.
Sale of Goods

All orders are made subject to acceptance by you of the Sites’ terms and conditions.
Fulfilment of the order is subject to availability and acceptance of your order and the Trust is under no obligation to fulfil your order.
No amendments to these terms and conditions will be accepted.
Donations are in ₹ Indian Rupee and taxes will be applicable as VAT & GST (where applicable).
Payment – We accept all major credit cards e.g., Master Cards, Visa Cards, Rupay Cards, etc. The payment is taken by our Payment Gateway using a well secured and encrypted method/ system. We only receive the confirmation of payment and the basic contact information from the Payment Gateway excluding Card Details/Bank Details. Payment may also be made by other method(s) such as “PayPal”, “UPI”, “Net Banking”, “Amazon Pay”, “Paytm”, or “Bank transfer.” For more detailed information please “Contact us”.
Note: Currency/ Tax Class/ Payment Methods and Products will be available depending on your geolocation and country laws.
Payment made on any of our Trust sites is taken/collected by our Payment Gateway/ Bank on behalf of our Trust. The name “Humnavaz” Or “Humnavaz Trust” will display on your Bank, Debit Card, or Credit Card Statement.
Refund of Services/Goods
Donations are non-refundable once paid.
Shows/ Events Tickets are non-refundable other than non-availability of seats or cancellation of shows/events may be returned for refund within fourteen days from the date of booking.
You MUST quote the invoice number on all correspondence.
A non-refundable internet handling and cancellation charge applies unless shows/events are cancelled or seats are unavailable when this may be refunded.
Normally it takes 10 – 14 working days of returning your order. After we receive and process your return; it may take 5 – 7 working days for your refund to display on your payment card statement.
